Born: 1 June 1809 London, England. Died: 28 September 1887 Enfield, New South Wales, Australia. | |
James Beauzeville was superintendent of an "Experimental Silk Institution" at Eastwood 1848-49. This was a financial failure, although the sample skeins of silk sent to London were judged to fall somewhere between Bengal and Italian silk. |
