Morton, William Lockhart (1820 - 1898)

Explorer and Inventor

Born: 19 December 1820 Cambusnethan, Lanark, Scotland. Died: 10 March 1898 Belair, South Australia, Australia.

William Lockhart Morton was the inventor of the sheep-dip and the swing-gate.
