Born: 1856 Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Died: 21 November 1935. | |
Frederick Pitcher worked as a botanical assistant under F. Mueller at the Melbourne Botanic Gardens, as a clerk with the Lands Department and then he transferred back to the Botanic Gardens. He was eventually appointed Assistant Curator at the Gardens. |
