Inglis, Alexander (1845 - 1921)

Born: 26 January 1845  Fordyce, Banffshire, Scotland.  Died: 1 May 1921  Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
Alexander Inglis was an established seaman who migrated to Australia and became the Harbourmaster of Port Adelaide (1881-1915). He also researched and (co-) authored several articles on the tides of South Australia.
