Born: 24 November 1889 Coopernoor, New South Wales, Australia

Joseph Murray Johnson worked as an engineer with AWA Ltd. (Amalgamated Wireless Australasia) for forty years and published at least one scientific article. He was educated at Sydney Technical College.
