Hovell, William Hilton (1786 - 1875)

Born: 26 April 1786 Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. Died: 9 November 1875 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

William Hilton Hovell, in conjunction with H. Hume, was involved in a major expedition of discovery to Port Phillip overland from Sydney in 1824-25.
