Born: 13 April 1843 Dunbar, Scotland. Died: 15 November 1917. | |
Thomas Pennington Lucas was a medical practitioner with a keen interest in nature. He built up an impressive collection of Lepidoptera (butterflies and moths), which is now held by the South Australian Museum, and wrote widely in the field. |
