Hirst, George David Scarcliffe (David) (1944 - )

Born: 29 April 1944
George David S. (David) Hirst is Senior Principal Research Fellow and Group Leader of the Autonomic Neuroeffector Transmission Laboratory at the John Curtin School of Medical Research, Australian National University. He studies neural control in the autonomic and enteric nervous systems and has published and lectured widely in this field.
